Return and Refund policy
1 Returns
Hi-line Aqua has a 30–days returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refund cannot be processed for the products if they are used partially or seal got broken by the customer.
All goods purchased from hilineaqua.com are returnable. However, Giftcards and reward coins or cash are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business working days.
3 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 business days, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds can be processed via paper cheque only in exceptional cases.
If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, refund will be issued through a demand draft or Bank transfer/NEFT based on customer request.
If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, refund will be issued through a demand draft.
We will send you an e-mail asking you to call us and provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, refund will be initiated.

4 Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Once we received the returned item, we will ship the replacement item within 24-48 hours. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the particular item is not available/out of stock, we will process the complete refund to the customer.
